QUICHE AI CARCIOFI E PATATE
1 CONFEZIONE PASTA BRISè O SFOGLIA
8 CARCIOFI
250 G MASCARPONE
2 PATATE
1 BUSTINA ZAFFERANO
100 G PARMIGIANO
Pulire i carciofi,tagliamoli sottili e diamoli una bollita...
Poi passiamoli in padella con un filo di olio e rosoliamoli,aggiungiamo sale.
Tagliamo le patate sottili,diamogli una bollita...e poi rosoliamole in padella con un filo di olio.
Amalgamare il mascarpone con il parmigiano e lo zafferano,sciolto in un filo di acqua!
Unire i carciofi,la patate,e il mascarpone..versare tutto sulla brisè(o sfoglia).
Forno 180° 20'
Poi disporre sulla torta delle fette sottili di scamorza e mettere ancora qualche minuto in forno....quando la scamorza è fusa sfornare!!
Per questa delizia mici sveglierei anche di notte!
